Welcome to our HCM, FIV, HD, SMA, FeLV, PK Def, and PKD-free cattery, located in Melbourne, Florida. At Beachcoons, we specialize in breeding the magnificent Maine Coon, a true native American cat originally found in the wilds of Maine. Known as the "dog" of the cat world, Maine Coons are large, loving companions that adapt well to life as an "only child" or in households with other cats, children, and dogs. Many even enjoy playing fetch!
Our kittens are hand-raised, and socialized in a home environment with free run of the house. We carefully manage one or two litters at a time to ensure that each kitten receives the attention and care they need. Never caged, our kittens are litter box and scratching post trained, and raised with love.
When you visit us, be prepared to be greeted by several of our friendly giants. Our past litters have produced males ranging from 18-28 lbs and females from 12-17 lbs. Kittens are available after receiving all initial vaccinations, and wormings, and are guaranteed parasite-free. Our breeding cats are DNA negative for HCM and heart-screened, ensuring they are also DNA negative for HCM, PK Def, and SMA, and free from FIV, HD, and leukemia. Kittens are sold as pets only and must be spayed or neutered.
